Beith Judo Club has been running for over thirty years now. The Clubs object is to promote and teach the Olympic Art of JUDO to the very best of our ability. Volunteers run the Club totally and they are responsible for the discipline of the children and member's when they attend the Club. However in the unlikely event of an accident or injury while at the Club, the volunteers will not be held Liable. However maximum support will be provided, contact of parent and medical aid.

Attached is some contact information and general rules for participants and members. We would also like you to fill out the attached Application Form/ Emergency Contact & Medical Details and return along with the membership fee, in order that we can keep the club information and member's details up to date.

 
General Rules

1. Girls with long hair must keep it tied back with a bobble with no metal on it.
2. All finger and toe nails must be kept short and clean.
3. Judo suits should be kept clean.
4. Girls must wear white/off-white T/Shirts under Judo Jacket.
5. Boys should not wear a T/Shirt under their Judo Jacket.
6. Could parents remind kids to go to the bathroom before class starts?
7. Trainers or Judo slippers to be worn anytime a Judoka leaves the mat.
8. All watches and jewellery to be removed prior to class.
9. No sweets allowed on Judo mat.
